Kala Nera is a seaside village 5km under the mountain Pilion. It combines the freshness of the mountain with the salteness of the sea. Winds avoid it, so the sea water is calm and suitable for swimming with kids. The sea water is crystal clear and the village is blessed with sping drinkable water of more than 7 sourses. Kala nera has all the shops one may need, medical centre plus is is only 20 minutes driving away from the City of Volos. People will welcome you and the atmospere will make you feel like you are at your relaxing home !

Our Space
Parisis Studios is a traditional Family Business since 1980! It was our grandmother, offering hospitality to people that needed place to stay while having their swims, who started the whole AparmentRental Idea! Since then, we have expanded.
The 5 apartments we own are located 30m from the sea, on the ground floor, at the center of the village. We host young, eldery couples and families.
We love green, so we keep our garden full of flowers!
Fresh mountain water runs fluent on the side of our yard!

I am Eleni Parisi, I grew up in Kala Nera, I own and run Parisis Studios since 2012! I am a big believer of simplicity and tidiness. As your host, I will be there for every need you may have, from apartment needs, culture cultivation to information about the local happenings!
For me, Parisis Studios is more that just apartments to rent: It is a battery refiller! It is a place where the people can spend their holidays while either focussing to themselves or meeting interesting neighbours and exploring nature.
I love people and I like to make them feel like home, so I do my best to create a space for you to relax, while knowing that you always have a person to rely on!
